At The Guitar Institute, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most electronic equipment and instruments within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure full credit and prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
