What is your return policy for high-end electronics?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do all guitars come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all new instruments and electronics sold through The Guitar Institute include the full manufacturer's warranty. We also include a digital copy of your receipt for any future service needs.
Do you offer professional setup services before shipping?
